I offer counselling and psychotherapy in Ipswich for clients from all walks of life.

I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and abide by its Code of Ethics.

At any time of our lives we can reach a stage where we might feel stuck and dissatisfied, anxious, hurt or angry, perhaps discovering that we are engaging in behaviour that is destructive to ourselves and to others. At other times we may experience painful loss or are faced with difficult situations or unexpected crisis.

In therapy I offer a space where I will listen to you and not judge you as a person, so that a trusting relationship can develop and any issues or concerns you have can be explored.
Coming for therapy with me offers you the opportunity to reflect on whether the choices you make for your self and in relation to others are in line with how you want to live. Through this process you may discover new possibilities and options for yourself, which can lead to a sense of more fulfilled living.

I work integratively and my approach to counselling takes all four dimensions of a person into account: emotional, mental, physical and spiritual.
We may include visualisation, meditation (Mindfulness practice) or mental imagery techniques in a session, if you wish to work in this way and you find it beneficial.
